CSI Overdose!
Tonight a little before 8:00 PM an adult male was shot an killed at the Barberry Village Apartments in Gresham and as the TV news people report his body is still laying in the street where it fell and that more than three hours earlier.
The concern is the body is within full view of the apartments across the street and as the TV news reporter explained, the scene was a bit upsetting to residents in the neighborhood.
What the hell are they waiting for? Odds are the killer will never pay for the crime but we taxpayers won't escape buying the Over Time investigation gathering meaningless information.

As a former cop, I can tell you that Homicide Investigations are some of the most thourough processes man has ever devised.
In a homicide investigators view, there is NO information at a murder scene that is meaningless. Someone has had a son, a father, a brother or an uncle murdered in the street. The family deserves a thourough investigation of all of the facts present at the scene.
The victim may have been a criminal, a burden to society, etc.. but he was still someone's son.
