Vandals Tag Beaverton, Tigard Neighborhoods

The neighborhoods are up in arms over the fast growing Graffiti problem (issue) that is causing visual degradation to their Utopian Worlds.

"The vandalism needs to stop." Whoa, that's some tough talk!!

Nothing was said about Hispanic Gangs creating the Graffiti.

Isn't that like complaining about accumulation of dog crap on the sidewalk but not mentioning the dog or the irresponsible owner?
