Headline: Former DHS employee sentenced for stealing food stamps
Please note how they use the word "Former" as if to imply their crimes occurred after leaving DHS.
Brian Vogt, who along with his wife, fraudulently received more than $10,500 in public assistance.
Please note how they only "Fraudulently Received" as if to imply the money wasn't stolen. Perhaps some dastardly person left it on their front porch.
Vogt, currently a substitute teacher, will be allowed to serve his community service through his church, tutoring youth and adults.
Can't allow an educated educator to get away now can we?
I wonder what Special Education courses that effort includes?
