Ouch!

The slowing of the economy is obvious with visiting just about any retailer and especially a Big Box store.

What's also obvious was the Quality of Customer hasn't changed yet . . . but it won't be long.

In the coming weeks they will be having Staff Meetings when managers will be stressing how important the All Mighty Customer is to their employment.

The only problem I can foresee with that is I will again need to race to keep up with clerks who insist on leading me directly to the item I seek.

These old legs don't move that fast any more.
