DHS's lottety that is playing with people's lives!

Oregon's Department of Human Service is a despicable group with asking local News people to give out the DHS 800 phone number for those people who want or need the help the Oregon Health Plan can offer, even while they fully well know that future funding for the program is in serious question and our Governor has just today warned Legislature that future tax revenue may well be impacted by our declining economy.

In my book that is cruelty of the 1st degree and DHS should suffer the ridicule fitting their evil act.
