I've been racking my brain!

The only reason I can imagine why Oregon's DHS is against the Brandt family keeping their foster child Gabriel Allred is that Mr. Brandt is a Deputy Sheriff and he Keeps Guns in the home.

Could well be that Keeping Guns violates DHS's Guidelines and we all know what happens when Guidelines are violated.

Yes, DHS then has Issues!!!

And then we taxpayers have Problems.
