KGW TV-8 tonight reported the Hispanic community in Portland is Demanding Interstate Ave. be renamed to Cesar Chavez Boulevard.

And, they reported there have been Political Threats made against specific commissioners and followed that with a person in the street stating they would not vote for any who didn't support the name change.

Demanding the change huh?
