Teacher Convicted of Stealing Student's Coat!

To think we have Illegal Aliens wandering around lose, who have Failed to Appear for a scheduled court date after being charged with the crime of attempted murder by strangulation.

I suspect the Illegal Alien was released from the jail on his own recognizance and there is a good chance he was wearing a stolen coat with a Taxpayer Funded Bus Pass in the pocket.
