At this time when all of Oregon is dealing with explosive levels of Crime and Violence resulting from an invasion of Illegal Aliens, most of who are Mexicans, re-naming any Portland City Street to Cesar Chavez Boulevard is a deliberate and blatant effort to build Hate and Resentment among the majority population.
