If you think that is small time try visiting the back door at Vinny & Paul's store in NE Salem most any weekday AM and think warm thoughts while you observe some of the baddest looking Gang Bangers collect all the free goodies.

Now, where do you suppose the Illegals can find volunteers to help set-up a household and gain a drivers licence?
