It seems Oregon DHS (Department of Human Services) is now sending out their Press Releases in both English and Spanish.
But what about all the Vietnamese and Chinese Language TV, Newspapers and Radio stations broadcasting in Oregon?
The least we could do is offer them Special Tax Rebates for hiring DHS press release interpreters, right?

What do you mean? I'm always making phone calls and hearing "press 1 for English, press 2 for Japanese..."
