"Pulpit Bully"

We all have heard of the "Bully Pulpit."

But now we know of a "Pulpit Bully" and that is Sleepy Ted who is using his Office (pulpit) of Governor to gain favor, funding and future votes in the upcoming election.

First the teachers and now the Tribes! Shameful it is.

My bet is Teddy and Neil share a Nextel link as Sleepy isn't smart or crafty enough to accomplish that on his own.
