Sulphco (SUF) is a US (Nevada) company that has created a process to affordably convert high-sulfur Crude oil into Sweeter Lighter crude and it looks as they are on their way to success.

Sulphco has announced joining effort with Fujairah Oil Technology where they will co-op installing a Sulphco designed and German built facility in the United Arab Emirates.

Sure as hell wouldn't want to build all that nasty (US invented) industrial equipment here in the US, now would we.
