I believe one of President Bush's goals is to form a single Nation of North America so as to keep China from becoming Central America and Mexico's . . . New Best Friend.

However, come this Summer Mexico's next President will likely be a Socialist that is also likely to be China Friendly and then our cross-pollination with Mexico will prove as our un-doing.
