The beat goes on!

Regardless of who you hear speaking the story remains constant as if reading from the same instruction manual, all Oregon State government managers of any level (and with any department, politicians included) will openly support "embracing, outreaching and/or welcoming" Illegal Aliens here from South of the border who are mostly uneducated and come from what most US Citizens would consider a lawless and violent society.

And, at the same time they will preach how the US must raise our standards of education and reduce waste of all kinds so we might compete in this highly technological World of today.

So, what is the benefit of Smarten'ing Up while at the same time Dumb'ing Down?
