Have a nice flight!

Channel surfing this AM I came across Court TV showing a Florida courtroom where a trial is being held for Americas West pilot(s) charged with being drunk in the cockpit prior to the aircraft departing the airport.

On the witness stand was a Hispanic male (explained in a screen crawl as the a fellow employee) who was the tow-vehicle driver that day assigned to push the aircraft out and away from the terminal building, thus allowing the aircraft to leave the terminal under it own power.

The prosecuting attorney then asked the witness (fellow employee, tow driver) if he was the person operating the tow-vehicle that day and was then prepared to push-out the AW aircraft.

That is when the tow-driver explained in broken English how he was confused with the meaning of the words . . . push-in and push-out.

Golly, I hadn't realized the job complexity of a tow-vehicle operator.

Have a nice flight!
