Time to expand on the idea!
We not only need a Registration Organization to Officially Certify Gang Members, we also need to expand the effort to include Terrorists.
If we don't receive a Federal Grant to create such a program soon, folks like Obama and Janet Napolitano will keep looking as fools when giving public comment three to four days after a Terrorist occurrence.
