Robbing Peter to Pay Pablo?

News reports have it that our State Legislature is busy raiding un-spent funds from various agencies to help fill the Titanic sized hole in the current state budget.

Those raids are said to include money that was intended for use in upgrading the States 911 communication system, Arts money from sales of Cultural Trust license plates and Lottery cash set aside for Gambling Addiction Treatment?

However, I haven't seen any reports of them taking money from any of the many taxpayer funded programs that are specifically intended to help the many thousands of Illegal Aliens that are living in the state.

I sure hope the Artsy folks enjoy knowing how their financial contributions are going to support Mexican Gang Graffiti.
