Planning on a relocation and want to learn about a new neighborhood and your Realtor can't answer your questions because of their having Legal restrictions?

Here is what you do:

Call the schools in the area and ask if there are any Bilingual Education programs available. You see your grandchildren are about to join your household and they have been raised in a Spanish Only environment. If they ask explain it was the father's decision. They will understand.

After the school staff completes explaining all the many virtues of their excellente Bilingual Education (ESL) program, you then ask if those classes are well attended as you wouldn't want your grandchildren to feel as being part of a Minority.

You will then have your answer.
