As Rick Hickey of OFIR reminded me, our Legislature can always create a Special Drivers Permit program for Illegal Aliens.

Ah hah, just as they do for those convicted of Drunken Driving.

That struck home with my now realizing how Teddy K. rolled over just all to easily on changing the law requiring Driver License Applicants prove legal residency.
