Senate Bill 2611 would allow Illegal Aliens to stay in the USA, but only if they hadn't committed any Felonies.
But their using a False SSN# is a Felony and if it belongs to another person they have committed yet another Felony.
Now, consider the fact that Illegal Aliens habitually use Aliases (the name game) and often are known by three to six different names. Imagine the mess we US citizens would face if we tried to prove an Illegal Alien had committed these violation.
Innocent until proven guilty!
Anyway, what is to stop them from cooking up yet another name and create yet another identity as they don't have any credit rating, education history or work experience to protect as you and I?
