Out on Bail or released after booking two days after beating a Police Officer????
According to the Marion County Inmate Roster this AM, the two who actually attacked and beat the Hubbard Police Officer Saturday are "Not Incarcerated" as of 8:00 AM today, Monday.
However, VALENCIANO, EDUARDO who was driving the vehicle stopped for load violations is and I suspect for warrants dating back to 2003.

In jail is EDUARDO VALENCIANO. The names Javier Valenciano and Bertha Valenciano who actually fought with the Officer don't appear.
So, were they booked and released or just given tickets?
How long will it take them to buy new names and drivers licenses?
How deep into Mexico could they be by now?

Ah yes, we will all sleep better knowning Dan isn't transfering money people gave him into accounts where he kept the earnings people gave him.
