Headline: Two Killed In Tigard Rollover Crash

Police report that two people were killed and a third was thrown onto the roof of a home in a Tigard crash.

TV News explains that investigators are now working to determine the speed of the vehicle before it crashed.

Dam I guess because that's important. Lets burn about 100 man hours (call out & over-time) to find that out. But what about how high it flew before hitting the house? It cleared a fence with ease.

You can bet your bippy they will decide who was using their seat belts or not as that is the primary purpose of these Horrendously Expensive MVA Investigations.

Who knows perhaps Legislature will increase the fine for violating the seat belt law as that will make everything nice and help pay for even more investigations.
