I have questions:
I wonder who it was that originally orchestrated OMSI's purchase of PGE's old PCB saturated Transformer Shop, shifting the huge cost exposure on to the backs of taxpayers and saving those who were then investors from the expense?
Who of us can remember Oregon grade school kids collecting pennies to help OMSI make the move?
Do you suppose it was done on a commission basis or in exchange for future considerations?
P.S. As I recall it was long before Enron made the scene.
