Not to worry as we can replace this "Family Wage" employer with high-end condos for some of LA's well healed escapees and create more house cleaning jobs (stoop labor) for Juan and Carmelita.
Not to worry about Juan and Carmelita not earning enough to cover their take from Social Services, as that will only show on the flip side of the balance page and buried so deep it will never be discovered.

Thankfully, it's only a hundred or so. I'm sure Teddy will leap right in there and find them comparable jobs. After all, that's Oregon: Jobs R Us.
