It looks as the disease is spreading!

The recently arrested Albany Felon who possessed a Saw-Off Shotgun (among other items like Pot, Meth and more guns) was released that same day and asked to appear in Court next week.

Sure, it would have cost the taxpayers hundreds of dollars a day to keep him, but what will cost now to capture him and haul his ass home if they ever find him before he saws off another shotgun and uses it on somebody?

Note: Felons don't keep Sawed-off Shotguns unless they think they might need one and soon.

Better yet, what will it cost Albany residents in peace of mind and thoughts of safety?

I'll bet that knowing he is out there will give new flavor to walking the kids through an Albany neighborhood on a crisp Fall evening.
