All they need do is test their ability

Today its quite obvious how the post hurricane problems in New Orleans resulted from much earlier failures. Those failures being the taxpayers having allowed the gangs and crime to grow to such proportions the criminals were able to take the city at the first sign of the police faltering.

I am confident we will see this happen again and again across the US as other gangs learn of how their equals in New Orleans had succeeded. They outnumber our police many times over and have weaponry equal or superior. All they need do is test their ability and the rampages will begin.

And, here we sit in Oregon with new jails standing vacant for lack of money while we build more prisons that will also lack operational funding and the worst criminals that Mexico can offer are turning our cities into cesspools.
