Homeowners who purchased more home than they could afford did so in part because they were able to sell their existing homes for more than they were worth and many of those who bought those homes lacked the legal ability to purchase.

My idea is!

To allow any Police agency in the State of Oregon to seize and destroy the License Plates from any motor vehicle they impound for being operated without insurance and/or by a person other than a registered owner.

This would require the legal owner to identify themselves and prove they have insurance before new plates would be issued.

The intent is to put an end to the re-cycling of beaters among the Illegal Alien population when the vehicles sold at a storage action and then re-sold for cash to persons unknown.

SILVERTON, OR — One of Silverton's largest employers, a manufactured-home factory owned by Champion Homes, is to close and cost the town nearly 160 jobs.

I would like to know how frequently Champion Homes production and delivery was completely stalled due to Multi-hour, Roadway Closing, Traffic Accident Investigations?

I'm afraid most Oregonians (the majority soon to become public employees) don't understand how Time is Critical to industry and that especially true for those producing manufactured homes.

Moving an over-sized load on our highways requires an immense amount of scheduling and coordination involving many people and unexpected delays have disastrous results in time and labor lost and that compounded by their needing to readjust the process to new time-frames.

Not only is Oregon renown for government over-regulations its also famous for suffering from having a constipated transportation system.

I wonder of Champion will offer their existing employees jobs at a new facility . . . say near Boise?

These weekend peaks are common across the US today and they being influenced by the heavy number of Illegal Aliens whose lifestyles include a level of violence and drunkenness far greater than common with US citizens. I have and the contestants have been fantastic, however I have a concern and a question.

Have you noticed how critic Randy Jackson (who I believe person of good heart) speaks differently in style and language use when talking with Black contestants than he does with all others?

Randy turns on the Jive, flashing hand signs and gets down when speaking to a fellow Black person and I see that sending the Wrong message to America's young people as it sets Black people apart and marks them as being different.

I see this especially a concern today considering the all flap over Barack Obama's friend and pastor.

Perhaps you are aware of MRSA and how that bacteria is infecting patients in our hospitals and medical facilities. Yes, health officials will explain that MRSA has been around for years and its everywhere, but none will explain why the problem has suddenly risen, why is it such a problem in hospitals and why it has become so difficult to control.

This concern should give some reason to reconsider shopping for the lowest labor costs in painting of their home, installing a new roof, cleaning their carpet, cooking their food or mowing their lawn as the savings gained today by hiring Illegal Aliens just might cost them the life of a loved one or child tomorrow.

Dare I mention who is sharing school classrooms with our children?

Not to be outdone the Mexicans have their rituals as well. However, these can extend over long periods of time and involve many demonstrations so as to prove a young boy has reached manhood.

They usually involve the young male setting out to prove themselves by getting blind drunk or high on meth, stabbing or cutting another person (family members are permissible) fighting with Police or running from a car accident scene and must always end in a Booking Ceremony in an . . . Adult Jail.

One being committed to Juvenile Detention marks a failure of the ritual which is . . . muy malo.

The news is full of reports telling how Gang Graffiti has virtually exploded in Oregon in the last year and telling how we citizens are being asked to photograph the damage (cultural artistic expression) for Police records and then paint it over or remove it ASAP.

What the news people are not telling we citizens is how the Hispanic Gang activity has increased at an equal ratio and how we might prepare to protect ourselves as the weather begins to warm. Its going to get real crazy.

It won't be long before property owners will be threatened with violence for painting over a Gang's territorial marking as that is considered an insult to their membership. When that occurs a paint roller or pressure washer won't begin to fill the need.

The Financial News people who purport themselves as being "on top of everything" keep carrying on about how nobody knew anything about the building problem in Sub-Prime Loans. As they explain, they are flabbergasted!

Yet, I as an average person on the street was amazed with learning some years ago how it was that many people with troubled car and rental payment histories were able to buy new homes and never once did any mortgage lender investigate their credit worthiness.

This delayed revelation declaring ignorance coming from the Financial News folks confirms the belief those News People who we look to for true facts about the Illegal Alien Invasion have no idea as to the real problem that is festering below the surface in our society.

Look for more revelations to come from the News people in the future. Lets hope it doesn't happen in your front yard or mine

News reports confirm the obvious

That being the number of Oregon children in state-funded Special Education Programs that now stands at 13% and continues to grow with presently exceeding 80,000 students.

What I don't see mentioned is that many of these Special Ed children are being schooled year-round which compounds the costs to taxpayers and feeds our greedy school systems.

Now, lets lump all the Special Ed Kids in with the Spanish Language students and toss in the No Child Left Behind participants and you have a population that staggers the imagination and drains the taxpayers wallets.

I am reminded of the horrendous waste every weekday as I watch outside my office window when one after another Short Bus (all with dark tinted windows) pull up to a neighboring day-care and either collect or deliver Special Education Students one-at-time. One bus, one Driver and one Student each and the school is only six blocks away.

Its time for taxpayers to look beyond the Smokey Bus Windows as they will find they often conceal an Empty Bus that is wasting our hard earned money.

You want to learn about Fear?

Just ask any child between 2 and 12 years of age and living in the United States, as they are experts.

Today our young children are surrounded by personal protection devices and efforts that have given them reason to believe that severe injury and death is around every corner. My goodness, think of all the dangerous toys, cribs, cans of soup, bad hamburger, dirty salad, poisonous paint, contaminated air and food that Nervous Nurse Nancy has convinced them can kill everybody instantly, let alone the threat of being kidnapped from their front yards or being crushed in a car accident because of a defective air-bag that was missed in a recall.

Consider how today as a child you would feel if Dad asked you to join him in a trip to the store . . . in his car. This after frequently hearing your Mom talking with Dad and her friends about the all special safety afforded her and you children when riding in her Super Safe SUV. That including your being safely tucked and buckled in your late-model, custom fitted, government approved, Child Safety Seat?

So what's with Dad, is he trying to kill you by offering you a ride . . . in his car?

What's really bothersome is watching Grandpa work to install your custom fitted, government approved, Safety Seat in his car (itself of questionable safety) and that without any Official Fireperson present to oversee the operation. Better call 911, we have Issues!!

If you were them wouldn't you be wondering what you had done so terrible as to deserve being sent to your early death in Grandpa's car?

But then, as I recall that my greatest childhood fear was Dad not letting me help steer the car while on our way to the grocery store. It was either that or fearing the Russians were about to bomb us out of existence, but that wasn't dumped on me until I was fifteen years old.

So lets strap on a helmet when we wear our Heeleys and test the air quality before we step out the door.

Just wait till all the Car Seat Kids become voters and that after twelve + plus years of our schools teaching them that all good things including their protection . . . come from government.

P.S. We just might have some time to consider that as we wait in a traffic jam for five hours as Police Investigators work to determine if those involved in a car accident had been wearing their seat-belts. Who knows, we might need more guidelines (regulations)?

Today I listened to New York's Gov. Eliot Spitzer as he explained how he had violated his own standards.

He went on and on about how he let himself down.

Whew, here I thought he failed all those people who had supported him.

You see its a personal Issue, not a public Problem.

that we must create a path allowing 20 Million Illegal Aliens (now here in the US) to gain citizenship.

Reading the Driveways!

A tour of South Salem neighborhoods reveals a growing number of changes that tell an unfamiliar story.

I would have never noticed these subtle changes had they not been called to my attention by a neighbor who is participating in the activity.

That was when I learned the two older vehicles parked on their property, one in the driveway and another in the side yard, are being stored there while their relatives (owners) have relocated out-of-state seeking employment not available in Oregon.

This has prompted me to discover even other changes. That with noticing older travel trailers and motor homes popping up in driveways and side yards as well.

The new style propane bottles and stepping stools gives me reason to believe they are now being used as sleeping rooms.

Guess what Mom and Dad, the kids are back and they brought their kids with them!!

Fair Trade or Welfare Trade

I am aware of numerous Oregon residents becoming Arizonians and drawn there to fill newly opened employment opportunities created by new laws punishing landlords and employers for hiring and housing Illegal Aliens.

This exodus has created a high number of vacancies in Oregon's rental housing.

The other side of this coin is that many of the Illegals in search of housing and employment are moving to Oregon.

Just what Salem doesn't need.

Lets not forget,

That Sleepy Ted has arranged for us to soon enjoy gasoline that will be 10% less efficient.

Lets think about that the next time we are pausing to download $40 worth of gas . . . without lead.

The greater tragedy is how this second wave of pseudo prosperity has drawn our Nations attention away from the bitter reality that our natural resource harvesting and manufacturing industries were rapidly dieing and our economic standing in the world was eroding at an ever accelerating rate. Sad as it is to say, today we have become a Nation of bean counting consumers . . . living on credit.

And all the while our elected leaders and government bureaucrats have been milking the Illegal Alien Invasion to their advantage and have left we US Taxpaying Citizens standing at the slaughter house gate.
