"Jew habb er juice."

As my wife was sitting on the edge of her hospital bed preparing for a ride home, an aide pointed to her and asked me, "jew habb er juice."

I asked her back, "juice" when she responded with, "no, er juice, juice juice" and angrily pointing to her own shoes. Ah hah, it seems we have a Language Barrier again!

This reminds of a time past when in the hospital, my wife had just been gingerly transferred to her bed by two hefty aides, who when leaving activated the nurse call button for others to come and assist in getting her comfortably settled following a serious spinal surgery.

That was when a Nursing Aide Student swept into her room and upon finding her lying on her side and curled in a fetal position, she picked her up under both arms, tossed her up on the bed, flipped her over like a sack of feed and yanked her legs out straight while all the time my wife was screaming "my back, my back" to which the Student Aide explained . . . "no bath senora, no bath."

Then some wonder why I'm not all that excited about "Embracing Diversity" without reservations.

Amazing to think!

The once peaceful area around South Salem High School would ever become the scene of a gun-fight.

Take a drive through the delightful neighborhood and see if you don't find it equally hard to believe.

Simple enough, if it can happen there it can happen where you live.

I suspect it will unless enough people become angry and start screaming at our Government and demanding we STOP the Illegal Alien invasion.

Honest, hard working Mexicans don't steal their way into another country. Only those who have little or no respect for the rule-of-law, do!

Press #2 for Spanish!

Jesus who?

This AM a Portland TV station live interviewed a spokesperson with the Salvation Army about them kicking off a their annual Toy Collection Drive.

Can't recall exactly but I don't believe I heard anybody speak the word "Christmas."

To begin, the interviewer jokingly introduced the Army's spokesperson as "a Big Wig with the organization" without explaining the reason for him asking his Military rank (likely a Captain or Major) not be used.

This reminds me of St. Vincent DePaul Security and Staffing efforts now working with the shortened name of "DePaul" and having shed the words Saint Vincent.

Onward Christian Soldiers . . . but don't forget to shed your cloak as that may cost you those needed donations.

Mexico's Peace and Tranquility threatened

Headline: U.S. Border Agent Briefly Held in Mexico...

Mexican Customs officials discovered a US Border agent with 650 rounds of .40- caliber ammunition.

Possessing firearms or ammunition in Mexico is Illegal and large warning signs are posted at all border crossings. http://search.breitbart.com/q?s=%22firearms+or+ammunition%22&sid=breitbart.com

What an idiot! Didn't he know that Mexico's strict Anti-Gun Laws are responsible for their enjoying such Peace and Tranquility?

What a difference an Election makes!!

Feds cite Salem-Keizer School District over ESL program violations!

Buried way back in the School news section we find a headline and story about a State study finding Salem-Keizer School District's Bilingual Education programs in Violation of the rules and them being Cited for those Violations

In response to Federal Law the state Department of Education conducted an investigation Sept. 18-22, 2006, yet it seems the Local News folks kept a lid on that until well after the election and then drop it in a little read section on one of the years lowest readership (Black Friday) days of the year.

But then, starting several months ago State Employees began helping the StatesmanJournal deliver publications door-to-door under the guise of training severely handicapped people in a job skills program.

Just more evidence of the growing number of Government/Private Business Cooperation efforts I guess.

Here is the scoop and its a bundle: http://159.54.226.83/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20061124/ITK/611240323/1016

Thankful for this day, yes!

I'm most thankful for having been born at a time and in a place where along with many others I was able to enjoy the many opportunities and benefits springing from the greatest generation and civilization the World had ever known, and all that purchased with the sacrifices of those who have gone before me.

However, with my gratefulness for life, family and opportuniuty it is all tempered with knowing that I and others must equaly strive to provide our children with similar potentials.

May God help us achieve those goals.

Good news!

It seems we have a . . . Decrease of the Increase!

Having tracked the increase of Crime and Violence in the Salem area for quite some years, and in that noting how that change has specifically involved people with Hispanic names, I can now attest that since the OFIR Billboard appeared on Lancaster Dr. in NE Salem, there has been a discernable "decrease" in what previously had been a constantly growing problem.

If you want proof you only need to track the reduced number of Hispanic names being lodged in the Marion County Jail. http://sheriff.co.marion.or.us/lists/indexbookings.asp

Yes, changes in weather and seasonal circumstances have been considered.

The problem is not solved by any means. However, I am confident we can do more to solve it with more like Billboards.

Thanks again OFIR, we needed that.

Portland, we got ya beat!

The Portland News folks are all a twitter about the Twice Hit-and-Run Drunken Driver (aka Sergio Garcia Castro) who is likely an Illegal Alien and who is accused of running down and seriously injuring Belen Torres Gonzalez who is also quite likely an Illegal Alien.

But in Salem we find these circumstances quite routine and often beat the Clackamas event with having Hit-and-Run-Run MVA's.

This is when both drivers and their passengers (also usually drunken Illegal Aliens) all run from the scenes and both leaving their un-insured beater vehicles for the Police to track down the last registered owners.

Hopefully its a Sign of the Times.

One can't be to sure, but!

It seems the amount of Criminal Activity in NE Salem (Mexalem) has declined in the last few weeks. Police activity is extra slow and the newspaper has an abundance of unused ink!

This gives me reason to think this change might well be the result of the OFIR's recent posting of a Billboard on Lancaster Ave. NE.

Up till that time the Hispanic (Drug Seller) Gang Fights were running hard and fast, even though the rainy season was well upon us.

I guess the only way we can confirm this is to audit the Police and DA's over-time budget.

As for now it looks some PERS folks might be in for a short Christmas Gift budget.

We just don't have enough State Patrol Officers to enforce them.

Somewhat like a Bank Account with any funds.

Mexico has the Democratic Disease!

Not wanting to miss out on the income opportunity the Mexican government has imposed a "14 cents Per Minute" charge on all Cell Phone use when calling . . . out of the country.

Golly, that will pile up in a hurry!

Can we assume that cost increase will be shifted on to Meth users in the US?

My Crystal Ball is coming clear!

Ah yes, the headlines of the future are coming into view.

There it is, I can see in the Headlines how the increase of Islamic Terrorism in the United States is being determined as a direct result of GW angering them with his . . . Attack on Iraq.

Got, it! All would be well in the World if GW hadn't come along with his Axis of Evil thing.

Ya kno like a "Seek and Ye Shall Find" kinda thing, ya kno?

Yep, as I recall that started it all.

All that talk for the last fifty years about Big trouble brewing in the Middle East was all just talk until GW made it come true.

Seems like a Natural to me!

Well now, if like me you live in a neighborhood where you receive mail at a Multi-Box, Key-lock Module, and you have a lock problem, you must now visit the Main City Post Office and pay $25.00 for a service fee and their repair-person will respond to the location (in a few days) and make the needed fix.

Note: Don't expect that payment visit to be a quick, one-stop, in-and-out event. Best to go potty before arrival.

They say the change is because so many people today are now losing their keys, or don't how to use the locks, or the locks have been tampered with (as in attempted theft) it has forced them to begin charging for the repair service. It was getting to be a sore spot.

I guess its just more of Embracing Diversity.

Either way, I am told they have cut the Service staff by 50% and this has compounded the problem even further. Look here, now we have ourselves an ISSUE to address!!

Considering the City Fire Department sells Ambulance Insurance I guess it only make sense for the USPS to start offering Mail Box Lock insurance, right?

Seems like a Natural to me!

So, what's another $5.00 a year plus postage as compared to an hour or so waiting in line?

It would only make more Cents for them!

Very Interesting

Headline: Mexico Activists Fight Wal-Mart

http://www.topix.net/

The main complaint is Wal-Mart would destroy their precious National Culture.

Why is it their National Culture (which is so much garbage) is so important yet we Gringos are Racist if we want to preserve ours?

Sounds like more laRaza (the Race) crap.

Caught in the act!!

Public Access TV pays off again.

I was watching last weeks meeting of the County Commissioners this AM and picked-up just at the moment when the Commissioners were being asked to approve some documents, when one of them asked why if they were to sign this Policy and Procedure regulation, why the Procedures portion was not included with the package as presented.

The staffer who was presenting the package then said she had been told to separate and exclude the Procedures from the presentation and the person who could bring them was not available today. Curious as to how she knew of the other persons availability without any hesitation for forethought.

That was when County Council jumped in and with floundering for her words explained how the Commissioners had previously asked that Policy's and Procedures be separated, so in the future Policy's and Procedures could be changed separately, without major document modifications.

In response to that two Commissioners explained how they did agree with her understanding, however their desire for separation was not to such degree they couldn't learn what they were signing without having ability to know all what that included.

I am a supporter for Term Limits, however this situation highlights how staff with a Government Agency can hood-wink elected officials who are without experience and how we the public are well served by those who are.

Lucky for Marion County Taxpayers our Commissioners are on top of their game . . . and wise to others.

Short Sighted Fear will do it!

Met up with an acquaintance today who is a Public Employee and who told me of his now gleefully enjoying some Post Election relief.

Hey say, Hip, Hip Hooray!!!!

That with no longer fearing he might lose his job to privatization as he had expected would happen if Ron Saxton had been elected.

I asked him he was serious and learned how that concern had actually driven him to seek Mental Health help and then taking anti-depressant medications. He wasn't joking!

Gone was his long face and talk of moving to New Zealand, which in the last few years had become a common part of his conversation.

It seems his fear of Ron Saxton being elected has distracted him from all other concerns including Illegal Aliens and if given a choice of keeping his job (with retirement intact) or not, he would gladly accept almost anything including a Do Nothing Governor and Open Borders.

There we have it, nothing bad today is good for tomorrow!

Canby Police are getting Tough!!!

Tonight on TV News, an officer with the Canby Police Department told of how they are getting tough on Gangs (Hispanic) and have assigned an officer to specifically focus (concentrate) on the issue (problem).

The Department spokesperson explained how they had arrested several of the Gang Bangers and are going to keep after them until they move on.

I hate to pop their balloon but the potential of more Gang Bangers moving in is a greater possibility than any moving on. Unless they consider them attacking the Police Station as . . . moving on.

I guess the news folks must have cut the part where he told of giving them all tickets before sending them on their way.

Where you guys going with all that Money?

I find it very interesting how many of Oregon's future PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) members are so confident that future returns on PERS investments will more than off-set any Multi-Billion Dollar short-fall, as it is predicted by today's estimates.

What I also find interesting is news today telling that China's export trade deficit increased by 99% in ONE year, as of last October.

Golly, isn't that a Doubling of Exports and much of that to the USA.

So just where is it the PERS folks have their funds invested, or plan to have them invested?

Hold up Teddy!

First thing out of the chute Teddy decides to flex his own muscles (and not those he borrowed from Naughty Neil) and went off without an approved script (guideline violation) blasting the TV News folks for over-hyping the weekend storm and now because of that irresponsible action the whole Nation thinks it always rains in Oregon.

Well now, it seems some TV News folks are a bit off-ended and explained how the Surprise storm was the Biggest Rain producer in history and caught all the Emergency Service people flat footed. They went on to explain they didn't cry wolf and simply informed the public of the danger, as is their duty.

Hey Ted, the Nation thinks we are a haven for Illegal Aliens and home to some of the poorest educated school children in the Nation. Isn't that a greater concern than people thinking it rains in Oregon?

My bet is Teddy's handlers (Ron Wyden's team members) now have Teddy refitted with a new shock collar and that with a 4 year battery.

We have been Frog Cooked

The proof is found with State Ballot Measure No. 48 failing (with a 29% positive vote) as that would have limited State government growth to equal that of population and inflation.

Now, who could argue with that and why?

I see we the losing 29% as representing the Free Enterprise voter population and the 70+% are those who feed (directly and indirectly) at the Taxpayers trough and whose future depends on Government expansion.

Yesterday's election only confirms what we saw in the previous Gubernatorial race when Sleepy Ted won by running an Un-campaign when he waited it out hiding under his wife's bed.

The only option I can see is to join them till such time the economy falls from the load and then hope we can salvage the remains, if any.

Where can I find a self-help book on "Working the System" or How to Follow the French?"

Tuesday, November 07, 2006

Amazing, but sadly true!

Its election eve and the nation awaits to learn the outcome as it may change the course of the USA and forever!

Then we receive this Breaking News e-mail from one of our local TV stations telling us Britney Spears has filed for divorce.

Monday, November 06, 2006

Tomorrow, Oregon's future will be decided!

Should Ted win the Illegal Aliens will celebrate as they will have won as well.

And if Ted wins, I will then evaluate my efforts relative to supporting a government that has turned against me and as a result likely adopt some of the social behaviors that have helped the Illegal Aliens succeed. Truth be known, I really doubt that I would have any choice.

However, if Ron Saxton wins I will celebrate knowing my children and their children will have some hope of enjoying a life somewhat similar to what I have experienced and that in pursuit of the American Dream.

Not cursed to a Mexican Nightmare!

Sunday, November 05, 2006

Can we assume

That if the Dems gain control of the House, they will join with the Senate and complete the selling out of our country to the Mexican Invaders?

Tell me I am wrong, please!

Job well done volunteers.

We have no fear that some Voter out there has been overlooked.

Headline: KATU Poll shows Kulongoski in the lead

That would leave us with only one conclusion and one option.

The conclusion is that Oregon's Government Class (those who feed at the tax trough) run the show.

The option is to deprive them of what they so desire and that be money!
